How to change vibrator(of vibratory stress relief)？

First, open the iron cover on the motor(vibratory stress relief) head,
Find the 3.4.5 lines and take off them with electric iron.
And then weld them on the corresponding 3.4.5. welding hole in the new tachometer board.
